Every year All India Management Association (AIMA) conducts MAT for four times i.e. February, May, September and December. A national level exam like MAT, the qualified students go to the famous and AICTE approved B-Schools excluding IIMs.

For appearing in MAT, the minimum qualification is graduation
A last year student can also apply.

Syllabus for MAT :
There are 4 papers in MAT. They are as follows:
Quantitative Ability:
Quadratic and linear equations, Percentages, Profit & Loss, Partnership, Algebra, Time-Speed-Distance, Simple Interest & Compound Interest, Pipes and Cisterns, Instalment Payments, Binomial Expansion, Logarithm, Surds & Indices Etc.
Verbal Ability:
Sentence Correction, Verbal Reasoning, , Jumbled paragraphs Syllogisms , Analogies, Contextual usage, Different usage of same word idioms, odd man out etc.
Reasoning:
Graphs, Critical reasoning, Visual reasoning, Assertion and reasons, Statements and assumptions, Identifying Probably true, Syllogisms, Functions, Family tree, Symbol Based problems, Coding and decoding, Sequencing etc.
